I came to Alamos Sonora in 1978, to learn Spanish, to be able to return to Mexicali and work at an orphanage. Not everything went the way I thought it was going and I'm glad it didn't. I meet Ana in Alamos and we were married, six months later. Some people think that maybe I rushed things a little but I think that after 22 years of marriage, it's looking like we made the right decision! (I'm sure glad I talked her into saying yes!) God has truly blessed me with a wife that has encouraged me to follow after the Lord with my whole heart and has been by my side all the way. He has also blessed us with three wonderful children. It's amazing to think of what she has had to go through in the last 22 years! To see some of what life has been like, we have our newsletters that you can look through.
